the location was acceptable the staff DID assist with baggage.
the breakfast was a joke the pastries were stale and the juice tasted watered down I felt cheated and honestly upset about it ALL.

the hotel had a acceptable location for exploring the area.
the bathroom was small that i disliked the towels felt damp due to a non-functioning fan the cost did not align with what i received this was problematic. the lifts were not operational upon arrival.

the staff were very nice from arrival until departure (they always had a smile). the breakfast buffet was wonderful with many options. i wish i could have stayed longer in the beautiful double or twin room.

an lovely experience
smooth arrival warm welcome local information room design
i arranged for an airport transfer and received proactive communication ensuring a smooth arrival. the reception staff welcomed me warmly with smiles. they offered helpful information about local currency exchange and dining options. the room was comfortable with thoughtful design. the king-size bed gave me plenty of space and offered great comfort. the shower had perfect water pressure.
the elevator made a slight noise sometimes.

central location friendly staff excellent selection
The location proved to be a major highlight. i found everything within easy walking distance. i really appreciated the staff's friendliness. They were consistently helpful and courteous. the breakfast offered an excellent selection for everyone.
i found the bathroom a bit small. the bath towels felt damp to the touch.
